This website has been designed to provide an insight into the 80 years of journey carried out by NAVABHARAT NIGHT HIGH SCHOOL to impart ADULT EDUCATION.

Before Independence, on 15th March 1943, Late Hajee Khalid Mohammed founded Navabharat Night High School for Adults at Car Street, Mangaluru with the slogan “Learn from Cradle to Grave – Learn while you Earn”.   MILESTONES

He dedicated his entire life for the development of those deprived of education due to poverty & adult school dropouts who are eager to learn at night after the daylong hectic work. Through his selfless service, he made thousands of students’ life worth living as doctors, engineers, lawyers, managers, professionals in various fields contributing to the development of the society.   FOUNDER

ವಯಸ್ಕರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ನವಭಾರತ್ ನೈಟ್ ಹೈಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ನಡೆಸಿದ 80 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಒಳನೋಟವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಈ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ಮೊದಲು, 15 ನೇ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 1943 ರಂದು, ದಿವಂಗತ ಹಾಜೀ ಖಾಲಿದ್ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಅವರು ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕಾರ್ ಸ್ಟ್ರೀಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನವಭಾರತ್ ನೈಟ್ ಹೈಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಅನ್ನು "ತೊಟ್ಟಿಲಿನಿಂದ ಸಮಾಧಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಕಲಿಯಿರಿ - ನೀವು ಗಳಿಸುವಾಗ ಕಲಿಯಿರಿ" ಎಂಬ ಘೋಷಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನವಭಾರತ್ ನೈಟ್ ಹೈಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಅನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದರು.   ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲುಗಳು

ಬಡತನದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾದವರು ಮತ್ತು ಹಗಲು ಹೊತ್ತಿನ ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮದ ನಂತರ ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿಯಲು ಉತ್ಸುಕರಾಗಿರುವ ವಯಸ್ಕ ಶಾಲೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟವರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಇಡೀ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಮುಡಿಪಾಗಿಟ್ಟರು. ತಮ್ಮ ನಿಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಸೇವೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ವೈದ್ಯರು, ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಗಳು, ವಕೀಲರು, ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು, ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರಾಗಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ಥಕಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು
